Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for clients via phone and email.

- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical logs in our CRM system.
- Technical Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and company products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the full-time support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and FAQs to help reduce common support tickets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
