Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Update customer records in the CRM system with current and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Perform data entry tasks and verify shipping information for outbound packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available for weekend shifts as needed.
