Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide accurate technical or product support.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system with precision.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing cases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
