Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding products and services.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Remote Support: Assist clients located in both North Carolina and Virginia with a focus on remote accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer operations.
