Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service standards.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
