Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
