Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and efficiency
- Identify opportunities upselling additional services
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with Zendesk or Salesforce preferred
