Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Communicate product details and service options to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily performance targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 40+ WPM is preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
