Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with account setup and onboarding processes.
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Document customer feedback and log technical issues for the product team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid office setting.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
