Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot product/software problems with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call center, or tech support.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
