Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Process orders, updates, and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in detailed logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or support role is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
