Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
