Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and team performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
