Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations and improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions, turning dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
