As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls and emails during the night shift.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical difficulties and account questions efficiently.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions and resolutions into our CRM systems and ticketing software.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) or graveyard shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
