- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
- User Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to a diverse user base.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security configurations.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and ensure secure connectivity for all departments.
- Asset Management: Track and inventory all IT hardware and software assets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical procedures and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment supporting both Tampa and Charlotte locations.
