Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of defense for our clients' technical infrastructure during night operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring business continuity for our enterprise clients. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to operate seamlessly around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users via phone and remote desktop during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Monitor system alerts and perform proactive maintenance on servers and workstations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate on-call team members or Tier 1 support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Assist with password resets, account management, and security protocol enforcement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable transportation (as on-call support may be required).
