What You'll Do:
As a Senior Developer, you will own key technical initiatives, bridge the gap between product and engineering, and ensure our platforms remain robust and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while managing technical debt effectively.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure code quality, security best practices, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
