Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
