Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions in a timely manner
- Document all IT procedures and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on technology solutions and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
