- Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex problem resolution
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setups
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Deliver user training on company applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
