Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage enterprise network performance, security, and uptime during the night shift.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex network infrastructure issues with zero tolerance for downtime.
- Execute scheduled patch management, system updates, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Analyze network traffic logs to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Day Shift engineering teams to facilitate seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
- Valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Mandatory: Availability and willingness to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
