Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues facing internal employees.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot complex server and network infrastructure issues.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and changes in the IT service management system.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patching to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
- A+ and Network+ certifications are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
