As a Weekend Shift Lead, you will be the face of our brand during high-traffic periods, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on rapid resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates while maintaining strict data integrity.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to walk-in clients and remote customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or retail operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
