Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate for client success, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to guide new users through our platform features and best practices.
- Monitor client accounts for potential churn risks and proactively implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
- Generate weekly reports on account health and team performance metrics.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge base of product FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm solutions and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
