Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding products and services with patience and professionalism.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Process Management: Assist in streamlining weekend workflows and support the operations team during peak hours.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer issues to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, problem-solver, and team player.
