Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions for our diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist in the upselling of premium services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
