Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
