• Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, billing, and account status.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide viable solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Process Transactions: Accurately update customer records, process returns, and handle refunds.
• Maintain Accuracy: Ensure all data entry is precise and meets company quality standards.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with sales and logistics to streamline customer workflows.
