Responsibilities

- Update customer records and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
