Job Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and update customer information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
