Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately while maintaining high data integrity.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service standards and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the support team.
Qualifications
