Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system updates, patches, and security compliance checks
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Assist with IT projects including system migrations and deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
