Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system errors efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the IT engineering team to implement software patches and security updates.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of new workstations and peripherals for incoming staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for end-users on best practices and software usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
