Responsibilities
- Develop & Optimize: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Architecture: Design scalable front-end architecture and component libraries.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically in frontend development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/SASS.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
