We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our engineering squad, you will drive the technical direction of our core products, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product managers to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define product requirements and feature roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
