Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core SaaS platform.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and product optimization.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and definition to launch and post-launch support.
- Present complex product strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and the board.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within the Technology or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
