Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality control
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to South Memphis facility
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during 8-10 hour shifts
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Available for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- No prior experience required – training provided
