Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and customer feedback in the ticketing system.
- Conduct remote desktop support and software installations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal systems to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required to meet business needs.
