Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and architectural decisions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and complex bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge base of the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
