Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ workstations
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular system audits
- Train employees on new technology adoption and best practices
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Resolve Tier 1-2 support tickets within SLA requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification required
- 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional on-site visits
