Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise IT initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
- Implement Agile methodologies and track progress using Jira/Confluence tools
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Present project status to executive leadership and provide actionable insights
- Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS or infrastructure projects
- PMP or Agile certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
