- Mentor innovation lab directors and lead talent acquisition for specialized futurist roles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or C-suite tech leadership with proven $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Portfolio of 3+ successful product launches using emerging tech (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or MFIA)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
