As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global innovation ecosystems to identify paradigm shifts, validate emerging technologies, and design transformative solutions. You'll pioneer methodologies for long-range scenario planning while bridging the gap between scientific breakthroughs and market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future disruption vectors
- Author horizon scanning reports on exponential technologies and societal tipping points
- Design innovation pipelines that translate foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies through pilot programs
- Establish cross-industry consortiums to shape future standards and ethical frameworks
- Present strategic narratives to investors, policymakers, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience designing and facilitating scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500
- Strong data visualization skills for complex trend analysis and modeling
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation strategies implemented
