Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with future disruptors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin) for emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology ecosystems preferred
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
