- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Anticipate geopolitical and socioeconomic impacts on technology adoption
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable technology principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
