Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies to identify and screen high-quality technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens, schedule technical interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview loop process efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates and update ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) in real-time.
- Closing & Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer stage, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends and tech stack requirements within the California market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing within the IT sector.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to San Jose, California.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and common tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, React, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to sell positions to candidates.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
- Daily Pay Experience: Experience with daily pay or flexible compensation models is a major plus.
