As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our clients and the best tech talent in the industry. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing technical candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring flow.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective interview strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive employer brand.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software development, IT, or engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to leverage social media and professional networks to find passive talent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
