- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
