Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Lead code reviews and establish technical standards to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to upskill the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
